Lawyer and director of the firm, and the grandson of its founder. Césareo Completed a Law degree at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. During his studies, he also worked alongside his father to gain practical experience in the field.

Between 1992 and 1994, he worked in offices in Miami and New York.
He also worked as a lawyer for a number of town councils in the region to the north of the City of Madrid between 1996 and 1998.

He has practised law in the Spanish courts as well as abroad, at the New York Supreme Court and in the United Kingdom. He is also the co-founder of the GIRLINGS EUROPE group of firms, (www.girlingseurope.eu) and the DE IURE GROUP (www.grupo-deiure.com) which are made up of more than 15 firms from various different countries.

Cesáreo also lectures at the Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio in Madrid.

Specialist in civil and criminal litigation, often with transcendence or international aspects. He is also an expert in contracts, family law, inheritance and horizontal property law advice.
