 Lawyer with 10 years of experience, with a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Special Group) and a Master’s Degree in EU Law from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
In addition to his academic training, Jaime has attended numerous legal seminars, written a number of published works and worked as a lawyer for J & B Cremades (Brussels), at the prestigious British firm Clifford Chance (Madrid), and for the international relations department of the Spanish Office of Patents and Trademarks.
He has worked towards the examination for admission into the Attorney Judicial profession and passed the exam exercises on two occasions. He also has broad experience and knowledge of court practice in Spain, and specialises in litigation.
Jaime has successfully conducted proceedings relating to money laundering in the Spanish National Court, and on crimes related to construction and property development in the Supreme Court. He has extensive experience in civil litigation concerning construction defects and breaches of contracts for the execution of works. In addition to court work, he is in charge of providing administrative and contractual advice to industry clients.
